When you volunteer with Moderation Management, you’re not just giving back, you’re plugging into a community that’s helping thousands of people create a healthier, more balanced relationship with alcohol. Plus, research (and our own experience) says that volunteering boosts your own moderation goals, adds a layer of accountability, and might even give you that elusive “sense of purpose” everyone keeps talking about.

This role supports outreach and coordination with mission-aligned partners, including in-kind donations such as prizes, appreciation items, and auction contributions. The volunteer will help manage partner communication, align on approved talking points, track commitments, and ensure items are received and followed up on properly. The role also includes collecting and sharing partner content monthly to help amplify collaborations across MM channels. Ideal for someone who is organized, professional, comfortable with light external communication, and enjoys keeping partnerships active, visible, and well-run.

This role helps Moderation Management build awareness by connecting with local events, organizations, and larger opportunities where people are already gathering. The volunteer will support outreach, coordination, and follow-up to help MM show up in thoughtful, values-aligned spaces and connect potential members with our organization. Ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, light event coordination, and helping a mission reach people beyond the screen.
