New Fitness/Moderation Challenge!

On September 1, 2023, Moderation Management (MM) will host the “Miles for Moderation Fitness Challenge.” With the help of our community, we’ll commit to moderation and movement goals that are fun, uplifting, and doable. As part of the challenge, you’ll receive daily emails with tips to make the month more successful and enjoyable. The emails will include moderation, fitness, and lifestyle tips that are uplifting and fun. You’ll also be invited to join an exclusive “Miles for Moderation” Facebook group and zoom meetings to support your efforts.     I’ve been kind of guinea pigging this challenge during the summer. I haven’t reached the 30 miles in a month goal yet but I’ve walked 75 miles since June 1. I’ve also been trying to add more healthy meals and snacks to my diet and I’ve lost 6 lbs.
    Progress and results have not been quick but they’ve been steady which is the purpose of the moderate physical activity and moderation goals of the Miles for Moderation Fitness Challenge. The goal is not to make huge strides in a month, the goal is to develop healthier routines that we will maintain for a lifetime.
